1. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition: unused, unopened, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

Non-returnable items include:

• Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

2. Return Scenarios

A. For Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.

B. For Non-Defective Items (Change of Mind): If you no longer want the item or ordered the wrong size, you may return it within 14 days. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund or paid by you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable in this case.

3. Steps to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. Contact our support team at service@mail.osyfgpc.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will review your request and provide a return authorization and the correct return address within 1 business day.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
4. Ship the package using a carrier of your choice (we recommend using a trackable service). If the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return label.

4. Refund Processing

Once your return is delivered to our facility, refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after inspection.

• Refund Method: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
• Refund Timeline: The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider. Typically, funds are visible within 7 days.
• Refund Deadline: All refunds will be issued no later than 14 days after the return is received at our facility.

5. Return Shipping Costs
