1. Product Information Disclaimer

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product names, images, specifications, sizes, colors, inventory, and prices displayed on our website are accurate. However, actual products may have minor differences from website images due to screen settings, photography conditions, manufacturing batches, or supplier updates. Product size, color, and appearance are subject to the item actually delivered.

If a clear error appears on the website, we reserve the right to correct the information, adjust the price, or cancel the affected order. Where applicable, we will contact the customer regarding the change or cancellation.

2. Orders and Payment

After an order is submitted, we may review the payment information, shipping address, inventory status, and transaction risk. An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment and approval. We may cancel or place an order on hold if the item is unavailable, the listed price is incorrect, the address cannot be served, the payment fails, or the transaction appears irregular. Any refund will be handled according to the circumstances of the order.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Delays, returned packages, or additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to receive the package, or refusal of delivery may be charged to the customer where applicable.

3. Shipping Information

Eligible products are shipped free of charge within the 48 contiguous United States. Free shipping does not include Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and protectorates, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes.

Orders are normally processed within 1-2 days, and estimated delivery is 12-15 days. These are estimated timeframes only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur because of weather, holidays, carrier operations, customs, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Orders may be shipped through USPS, UniUni, GOFO Express, or Easy. Once a package is transferred to a carrier, delivery is also subject to that carrier’s rules and procedures. If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier first and then contact us so that we can assist with the investigation.

4. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date the order is delivered. Items should be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with the original packaging, labels, and accessories whenever possible. Certain products, used items, damaged items, or items missing parts may not qualify for a return or exchange.

Customers must contact customer service and receive approval before sending an item back. Unauthorized returns may not be processed promptly. After a return is inspected and approved, refunds are normally issued within 7 days to the original payment method. The time required for the funds to appear depends on the bank, card issuer, or payment provider. Orders paid through Klarna or another deferred-payment or installment service may also be subject to that provider’s billing and adjustment procedures.

5. Shipping Protection and Limitation of Liability

Shipping protection is charged at 2% of the order amount. Its availability and applicable terms are based on the checkout page and order confirmation. Except where liability is required by applicable law, Welcome to my shop will provide reasonable assistance for issues caused by carriers, payment systems, network failures, weather, natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We are not responsible for indirect losses or additional damages exceeding the actual value of the order, except where prohibited by law.

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in our services, business operations, or legal requirements. The updated policy will be posted on the website and will apply to orders placed after the update.
